CTG Music Newsletter 5th May 2004
As we promised, the webmaster woke up from winter's sleep and this month quite a few, smaller and bigger updates have been added to the site.

As you can read below, we introduced our Favourite songs system, so from now on, you can setup your own top 10 chart. Also, we developed the layout of our statistics, and - as you have been waiting for it enough - we will add artist statistics soon (read below when).

Smaller updates were the review template and the web search options introduced to the site. You can set some predefined review layout at your Settings and this text will appear in the review box whenever you will decide to write new reviews. The web search you can try out here, but you can also find under Home > Web Search in menu.

That's about now. Enjoy your time at CTG.

Advanced statistics
There is also a new Advanced Artist Statistics page available in your Artist Tools where you will be able to check monthly stats (downloads, reviews, popularity...) for each of your songs and your total stats. All these stats are avaliable from January 2003 to date and they are shown graphically in monthly intervals.

Interview: Artist Of The Month March 04: Nifflas
Our artist of the month in March has great jazz and ambient music with very recognisable sound. Here is a short interview with Nifflas, to get to know something more about him. Another great artist on CTG who deserves this special spot for this month.

You can read this interview in our community area.

Favorites system
After some suggestions in the past the Favorites (songs) system was finally developed.

From now on every registered member can set up his/her custom list of 1 to 10 songs which he/she thinks are top songs on CTG and the list will be accessible on each artist page (link "Favorites" beside "Guestbook").

You can add song to favorites by clicking on "Add To Favorites" button on each song page in the bottom line of "Song Stats" (above comments). After you click popup will open and you will be asked to pick position where you would like to place the song (1-10).
