Intro.
Nice opening filter on the lead synth. But then I felt the strong urge to skip forward when the song played the intro melody. The melody and that one synth playing it lost my attention very quickly but it just repeats itself over and over without changing. (soundwise or melodicwise)
Beat.
The kick is introduced after a reversed cymbal effect. It's a 4/4 kick without any hihats or other stuff for the first few bars. I get the feel not much is going on in this part to keep me interested. The melody is good here but not complex enough to do that solely, imo it needs a more complex beat or hihats, or effects. 
When the full beat plays the song finally can pick up a pace, just to loose that pace again in the break. You could have kept the rythm in the break with a fill here and there or effected beats, for smoother transitions between the different parts in the song..
The hihats sound is good imo, sharp and clear. They are nice and busy so they complement the beat.
Melody.
It's a happy melody in slow motion, accompanied with soft pads and an offbeat bassline. It gives a happy feel but also gets boring after a few times repeating. Halfway in the song the melody does evolve into a more powerfull melodic section. Where more synths ans pads are introduced.
Structure
Around the 2 minute mark the offbeat bass is placed more forward in the mix there. It plays louder along with the pads. But then the break around 2:50 is badly timed in my opinion. Because just as the song is finally starting to get something going on, the listener gets warmed up, and you kill it with stopping the beat. bah. not even a fill or filter.
The strucure could use some more work.
Overall, this is a happy song, with a simple melody played in slow motion. Also gives a hint of melancholy to me, a deeper meaning. The structure of the song fails to keep the listener interested, you can't expect ppl to enjoy only this melody. With more elements added and better timed breakdowns and buildups it should work great.
