Chilly trance, influenced by Nalin&Kane, Chicane, ATB and Energy 52. Expect lots of bongos, dreamy pads and choirs, nice guitar and a relaxing athmosphere with a nice synth melody; all that packed within this really good quality song.

Yeah, I agree with a98 there, why on earth such a hard kick? Bongos sound great. Bassline is cool. Actually the kick now melts in to the mix, so it doesn't sound that bad at all.
I kind of disagree with you about the style. Can't imagine myself lying on the beach to this one. And can't really place Chicane in it either.
I don't like the way you mix dreamy pads, and bongos with the hard kick and the really progressing melody. My ears doesn't like it, that's all. But each and every element is good, but not together.

ahh dammit, the first impression i got...
WHY THE HELL YOU USED A HARD BASSDRUM in a chilltrance song!!! 
dammit it totally destroys the feeling here.
i liked the pads, aswell as the guitar pluck. the melody was nothing that special, but it was ok. congos work somehow, but the hardbassdrum doesn't really let me focuse on chilling 
heh some energy 52 arp there, the melody is almost same as in cafe del mar.
i like the synths here too, good quality and very powerful..
overally i think you went totally wrong with the idea here... half of the song says it's a nice chilling ibiza trance track and other half says it's an anthem hardtrancer. and the combination of these two doesn't really work.
the produce quality and sounds are very good, but it doesnt' save the fact that the concept doesn't work.
maybe if this would have had a really catchy melody, i might have overlooked the fact that the sounds don't really fit together, but now it sounds somewhat twisted.. well still it a nice try. |

The intro is just lovely!  Nice guitar sounds and the melody is great either. I love the harmonies you used (but I'm a giant fan of all Cafe del Mar remixes either  ). So I can see the Energy 52 influence. I'm not to keen on the kick though. It comes in so heavy and loud when you're just about to dream away  . Anyway, great job with the percussions, very original.
The structure is kinda unusual to me. Basically you have the same chords throughout the track. This isn't that bad b/c the instruments and melodies vary a couple of times. I personally have to agree with what Szartd said about the intro here. If the track is 8 minutes long a longer and "smoother" intro might work better.
But overall I really like this track besides the few points above. Nice melodies and percussions, synths and the guitar are good as well. I just didn't like the kick (or maybe the bass/kick harmony was missing).
Not perfect but enjoyable

okay, I downloaded this because I saw Chicane in your comment of this as a fan of chicane I have to download this... I really like the guitar you used and for once I heard origianl like drums in a trance tune which is suprising as hell the choirs sound.... ugly.. the best part in this track is probably the drums... the melodys dont have enough power behind them and the backing pads and choir are also weak this song is very repetative except for the drums... it's as if you found a nice melody and repeated it for 2 minutes with only minor or not a noticible change this track is nice but it's some what boring for 8 min try adding more instruments to make it a little more interesting.... anyway nice song.. |

Ah yea thisone is nice ! Very nice and chilly intro with beautiful choirs and awesome nylon guitar. Kick i a bit hmm to sharp, i dont know it is not very nice for the ears when listening with headphones, but anyway ok because on speakers it plays good. Conga drums are absolutely awesome sounds almost as good as safir duo The whole beat is really something special, well very original and not that standart as in most of the songs. Actually i think that the intro is a bit to long, well it is getting a bit borring, but not much, so it is not that negative. The best part for me is the part with the sint melody, it osunds great. Very good mellow especially near then end when some other back melodys are playing really nice. It gives me a really cool beach feeling, well you express the song title really good  Well all in all this is a very nice and very creativite song with awesome mastering and pretty pro sounding, but with some negavite points as every song here, but in thisone there are only some, for example like the too long intro and a bit to long synth mleody. Anyway this is a really nice song m8 I simply dont understand Szartd how can he rate this song only 6, if you have a personal problem with RAVE-n, then you should not rate his songs, well i dont mean that in a bad view but im sure that this song dont deservs only a 6 and i dont think that it is unoriginal !!! |

Nice to see your influences , and that is what made me wanna check this song out , but what I heard was pretty disapointing , it hasn't got the catchyness of nalin&kane or energy 52 (56?????) , I don't hear any chicane influences , and maybe I do hear the simplyness of ATB .
The track itself intoridcuses some nice melodies , but not very original or new .
Personally I think the build up isn't very nice and dj friendly , it starts with some melodies right away... maybe a smootger first part would be nicer.
The kick is ok , but used way too many times , what I miss is some driving bassline , I miss it , there is a bassline though , but very very low of volume and power ... which takes away a big part of the rhytm and nrg in this track .
I expected that "lots of congos" you promised also , but didn't hear any , onlt a loop-alike sounding congo which is basiclly not changing and too simulair with the beat , some variations could bring more drive in the beats , the beats are very basic and could be much more interesting , especially the perdussian elements .
The main synth sounds nice , but too low volume and pretty simple , playing avereage notes.
Well I am sorry , this track is just way too average with alot of things that can be done much better .
But still it's nice to listen , but don't expect any original stuff . |

If you think it's original , you simply gotta do some homework on trance music , because this one is just simply old stylish and can be very much better then the way it is right now. |
