In the midst of looking for some decent Progressive Trance tracks, I decided to download this. First off, I notice the nicely done build up. I like the beat you featured. However I will point out that the beat does overshadow the rest of the song. It still sounds interesting. I do listen on and I hear a few transitions throughout, but nothing really noticeably changes. I think you did a good job with the transitions, though. The breakdown was pretty nice as you could actually hear the song a bit. 
As the breakdown continues, I like how you paused the song and slowly restarted it again. However, I still wonder how you managed to make the main sample in the breakdown overshadow the song a bit. It's very ear-jarring. As you build the song back up, it still sounds pretty good and well arranged. As the song continues, I don't hear anything much different than before. You end the song off with a beat (which is fine), however, it was too long. I think you might have been able to do more there. The main pet-peeve is how you overshadowed the rest of the song with the beat and a few other main samples. As of now, it definitely could use a revision. |
