There's one word above others to describe track: Basic.
Sounds as general are plain and little dull, even there's highlight pointed out later. Strutcture is basic as said, somehow even too extended to my taste at this arrangement. There isn't enough tags to grab for a listener 
I'd go for better kick, too boomish for my taste and doesn't tune up nicely with bass, wich is also very basic sounding kick on/bass of and vise versa. Small amount of delay would do magic for it. Lead tabs needs that too, plus some glittering by tube amp or such effect to warm/fuzz sound (just my taste, dont mind  )
I'd also work with hoover tab around 4 minute mark, its too strongly detuned and spoils its moment by that and little too offensive mixing. Less limiting/compressing and some eq work for taming it down its place on mix.
Ok, now its time for highlights: you have nice melodies and reasonable pads. That detuned tab is definely good addon, work with filters and issues ment earlier and itäd be the climax of track
