Hm, sounds quite much like a Nexus pluck at the beginning.
The basic sound is nice, but I'd reduce the delay a little bit.
There also seems to be quite much reverb.
You can reduce the reverb from nexus itself and add fruity reveerb 2 or something else if you use Cubase, Reason, Ableton or something.
The bells are fine.
The acid lead is a good idea.
You probably have to sidechain the bass a bit more though.
Sounds a bit like it absorbs some frequences of the kick so it doesn't go along very well.
The clap should be a little bit louder.
However you have a good build up and good variations in the track
