Artist Comment:
Here we go with one more release for the upcoming album :ye:

I'm not sure where to put it but I'd say it's somewhere between electro and ambient. I think this is a very detailed production full of little surprises  Some hidden percussions and effects, mysterious vocals (you're not supposed to understand every word, if you do anyway that's good for you :D ), various elements (hard and soft), and I changed the key back and forth which is something I've never done in that way  So, lots to experience in this track and I see it as a kinda dark journey.

Please check out the original version which you can download directly here. You can also listen to a 500kb preview here.

And don't forget: Remixers are still most welcome :bravo:

EDIT: Thanks goes out to Kricke for inventing the key change back in the 80s

I downloaded your whole CD and noticed that it's the track which opens the mix. I suppose that it was a good choice. It builds up the atmosphere in a fantastic way! It's (as in the title) so dark and moody. I love the piano. It sounds incredible cause of the dynamics you put into it mostly. Then at 3:20 the main theme comes in. It's my favourite part for sure. It's like you could see the light in the tunnel. Hardly but still :D . And nice proggresions later on. The drum stuff... Just neat! The spreading vocal and all what's later build up the atmosphere even more. Great track to start a CD with. Nice mixing with the second track too. Using the high frequency beat wasn't so bad idea but it would be better with strings or some synth. Drums are good if you mix your track with some DnB starting theme. Anyway "Endless Darkness" is great and I give you 8.

Great Work. :badass:

arrangement :9 I can hear no flaws at all, arrangement is great.
bass :7 It's good old saw bass as far as i can tell, nothing outstanding but it goes well with the tune.
beat :7.5 Same as bass
creativity :6 Not very original, but fine.
feeling :9 I liked the tune's mood very much!
sound :6 I'd add more fx here and there, just my opinion anyway. :)
melody Melody is very subjective always, so I will not rate the melody. I liked it though.

quality So, I vote for well deserved 8. Thanks for a good relaxing music, not so dark as title says though. :)

Also compliments for the well written track from me. I really love the fantasy melodies! But I think lots of instruments are a little too overdone. They haven't got that feeling it should have. The melo's are very catchy, but the instruments could have been played a bit more sensitive. I'll listen to this track some more in the future, that's for sure. This track should get a re-maked version some time. Put some more time into the feeling of a track. Well done!

This one was very well written, and very well arranged. Nice snair drum programming also. And yea, the key change was definitely effective. This manages to sound up to date, yet has a lot of soundtrack type things going on (especially the piano after the key change, very well done!). SOme of the phase shifted sounds are great too, I miss that sound a lot! The more I listen to it, the more I am impressed with the arrangement, kept my attention perfectly.
One minor point, at 1:17 and 1:30 for example, I kept hearing a chord change that wasn't there. Almost sounded like it needed a passing chord there. Like I said though, minor point, if nobody else commented on that, I'd ignore me. If someone else did it might be worth a fix to make a great song even better.

Hm, nice tune, but with a few faults here and there. For example, some of the pads/strings, whatever it is, cuts to early, try to fix that. It also sounds very false when you transpose the synth harp or whatever it is. The sound quality isnt great, but it isnt bad either. Else than this, its a very nice tune. Keep it up.

Ok, I didn't knew :) But another remake over a year or something would be nice :) This is a song people should not forget. The next remake should fix all the small things we said and this baby will write history

I wish I wasnt so lazy, else I wuold write a nice long review and probably rate this very nice track an 8 :D Really nice track. Only thing I dislike at all is the vocals, which I have a hard time understanding.

Sounds really nice , i don't think i will review cause i don't really know your style of music.

I would rate it somewhere between 8 and 8.5 , i guess 8.5 is the best.
