Paaaaang!U dont know whats that brother>Just delivery
What have we here?As U said-its a kind of atmospheric d'n'b-relaxing ambient mixed with trippy dancing stuff.Lemme c more...
Tech/compo things:
Great compo!I really enjoy this one.Almost perfect sounds, well done arrange, druggy line of dromz, amazing backgrounds (trancy 'wow' voice),ambientable and hypnotic introduction-everything chilling me outa here!Im impressed how U builded up a tension with synths parts and incommin' bass. Its d'n'b and U 'have to' use big bass (double-bass will be amazing for this one) which may pumpin' hard...
U said-Diuna?Thats one of my best science-fiction film.I also played this game at Amiga
Overall-why it isnt longer with big bouncy bassline all da way?Still-its great for me 9/10 |

A superb mix of drum'n'bass and ambient atmosphere.
-the structure-
Never a boring moment. Always moving, always keeping you on your mark. The progression is very fast, many unpredictable stuff going on, like sudden chord changes, yet fitting the ambient style. The song is not long which imho is a very very positive moment. Being 3:30 it doesn't get on your nerves at all, ending when it should. Many ambient tracks lack that right length moment. They play for 10 minutes and nobody wants to listen that long.
-impression-
Ocean, morning, evening, susnset or sunrise - whatever. Very mysterious without being depressive and very individual - you probably haven't heard something exactly like that before.
-arrangement-
Fascinating soundscapes performed with magical pads, strings and phazed choir. The drum work is excellent, the voice sample "wow!" makes it even more cool. You see, I have never heard such a good mix of ambient and drum'n'bass before. Really a phenomenal track in this matter.
-overall-
A must download for ambient lovers, especially for those who like chillout music too. This is definitely a great composition, both traditional and original. I haven't found flaws that would make it less then a 10/10. |
