Just a little something in case we get that earthquake compilation together  Quite emotional and melodic track with lots of pads and strings, maybe you'll like it

I love to hear chillout music,but only when Im going to sleep.At now we have beautiful and hot morning and..I like Your tune at all!
Your track is quite melancholyc.Some instruments r awesome,but the best is atmosphere.Brooding,trippy,foggy and sad.Oh man!It makes me feel so low.Great 'talking' intro,good sort of pads and strings samples-its building up crying tension.I feel like lost child at metro station.I love melodies of piano-really sad,but at the end make me feel littlebit positive.Great voices backgrounds,light bit might be better-but its quite cool.I think some sounds might be more real.I know its electro stuff,but I feel there is something missing,indeed.Anyway and overall its great compo with amazing clima,really deserves 9 rate.

we have our virgill, doriath and troupe. we have our edzes, void pointer and obscene. and now (for me at least) we have our N.D. this tune took me so by surprise. needless to say, i am in love and awe.
i dont like to go into technical stuff when doing reviews, but i need to ask this: how the hell did you get this fantastic sound? it sounds ultra crisp, soundscape is tight, and the instruments are in such lovly contrast to each other i want to cry. the production is absolutely flawless.
the melodies could make vangelis himself jelous. it certainly made me jelous. they give you the chills throughout the entire song. i cant get enough of it.
i am contemplating wether to rate this 9.5 or 10. i have ONE minor thing to pick on, and that is the ending with the major/minor keychange transition. it was cheesy and didnt fit in at all. but its so small i am going to forget it happened. the song is a 10 in every sense.

it`s been a while since i last reviewed anything and because i think this one is a pretty nice atmospherical song without feedback in this form, it`s high time to break the silence.
the pads and the speech make a nice mood build-up and the additional instruments neatly bend the intro into the more percussive part. the effects and melodies are very nice but i felt that the voice`s vanish is too abrupt, it leaves some kind of emptiness - tho the drums and the pads will grab your attention very fast. still, imho some fadeout would have made things sound softer around 1:10.
the meek piano drops and the slow sax melodies are very nice, the themes presented in the breaks give good variations to the song and the structure is very well done aswell. the instruments are selected carefully and all these things make the song`s 4 minutes fly by unnoticed.
the rhythm is nice, the samples are fitting, however the timpani`s "solo" around 3:00 was a bit odd in this context, maybe it lacked the speech that was present around 1:50.
the sound quality suffered a bit from the mp3`s compression and i guess this can be a reason for that the mix sounds sometimes messy - as VP already mentioned in the comments. other than this there were no serious issues in sound quality.
so overall i liked this song - the atmosphere is kept all along and there some nice, dreamy melodies. everything is here for nice a chill |

How can this song be... this was nearly making me cry!!!
This song has a deep 10/10 in all elements and the feelings one has got the best note.
N.D. man you're still fucking great and this song is the best from you so far i heard...
I'll be very interested in having the MP3's of the dong without the beat, the electro stuff. Just the ambiance, the back, the melodies, etc. I'm really wanting to make a doom metal remix of it, since i'm really in this mood. This song could be perfect for such a mix. Keep in touch. You rule!

YES,  This is really one track that you cant "get enough of it" like xerxes says. ah man i just totaly love it. 11/10 )
This track and your "Summer of Emotions 2004" is the best you have done. And you N.D. and aslo artists like BeAndy, Xerxes, Andrew, obScene etc. etc. is my favourites when it comes to Ambient/Chill/Easy. And i dont think that the Vocal intro is too long....it fit in perfect. I havn't download the new version of this song yet....so i will that now... heh of course!!! |
