Im not a fan of this kind of tunes and u might be in biiiiiiig troubles!Just kiddin' 
Pal,its only a tranced-housing mid product.Yep,its happy,as u said,but this happyness it isnt a real thing.
All arrange,crativity and structure of this tune is pretty.I know what im sayin'.This melodies sounds funny.Samples.-humm man.This piano sample sounds littlebit close to plastic midi piano (also its 2 loud)  Not stylish bass,FL studios chords without tranced flow."Bum bum bum"---oh buy,this "interlude" beat make me sick.
Positive ways? ---its happy in all his way and makes me dancing
U need- more work,more "mind",more feeling.Thats my opinion.
