This is a experimental tune. This version is released for free. I will make a redio edit with some vocals, and a little bit harder club mix. I will select two remixes also. And when all that is finished i´m going to send it out to some labels. I am verry satisfied with this song. Hope that you all will share my oppinion  Enjoy |

This is a good song... too bad it has one really great flaw - it is repetitive as hell itself. I rarely FFW song, but i simply couldn't listen to it whole here. Not that melodies are bad, no, they are really great, the one high pitched sliding one is really unique and distinctive =  , and the backing synths do their job really well. I also like that low 303 like acid sound in the very beggining and throughout the song... good one
One thing also... the break sounds a bit empty, maybe the strings arent phat enough... more of a spacey feel (more reverb imho) would make a killer break, together with a nice broken beat that follows...and a really good transition...neat 
Structurally song falls flat all the way... it is damn long. There are too little things going on to keep listener attraction for whole 10 minutes. Shortening it would have been a good choice here. For your consideration, I lost interest at 7:00 , so you can easily drop 2 minutes at the end and 1 minute of intro.
Tehnically, the song is nicely produced; unique main synth, nice driving bass, pretty good synth lines, great acid sound. Engeenering is a pure 9.5, minus 0.5 is for the strings in break could have been more full. but newertheless, very convincing.
Mastering is good, but i also feel that there could have been a little less mid tones, othervise, i see no other issues to discuss.
Overall: A greatly produced song with a catchy unique sounding main synth, could be a reall anthem with a little less formularic aproach on structure and, most of all, lesser song length.

Great song, with great melodies(that's my style), cool atmosphere. I love this spacey touch, because of this portamento effected synth. But on the other hand the song is a bit too long, and the quality coud be improved. but those things didn't lower my rating.  Great work |

yes i must agree with acecream about Doriaths rating, i was very suprised too, because i like this, it song sounds very cool. I would give you a pretty high rating if you guys would make a much better qualiti and sounding. It sounds very blury, to bad, could be made much better with reason and because of that are some sounds not very good to hear. Anyway all other things are awesome, well it is true that the beat is a bit simple made, but anyway it dont spoil the song so much. The greatest thing are the melodys and basslines, sounds great very cool and atmospheric. If you would improve the quality then it would been an very good song, you really should improve the sound, because the song sounds awesome, the melody that begines on 4:40 is just amizing, i really like all melodys in your songs and it would be a fucking good song with a better quality. Must say that Doriaths rating is to low and that much. Well i like this song, it is great, with much melodys playing at once
Try to make a mastered version of this song, i would be very happy if i can listen to a high quality version |

Well the low rating a bit suprised me here .I mean becouse i liked the song quite much.At some points it has very original sound, with very good melodies, from strings to leads.Drums are a bit to soft and simplistic i guess you could make them more full and hitting. The other not so good thing is the sounding which could be improved, it sounds a bit blury and not distinctive enough and also at some parts i can some of not wanted noises, probaly couse you used distorbtion.Well but overall this is still a damn fine song, it is really fully melodic (just as i like  ) from start to end. Maybe the portamento effected synth gets a bit repretive after a while since you basicly have it over all the song.
Well work on it a bit more (drums, sounding) and then send it out to some labels. |

I'm not sure what you mean by experimental tune here. If you mean flowing pads and melodies without dynamic drums, then it is experimental, and do not count what I say below.
- First of all, the track needs to be properly mixed and mastered. It has hell a lot low-mid frequencies, no real bass and none high frequencies.
- The drum is very, very simple and the bass drum has very little power.
- The song in this layout is way too long, I lost interest after 5 minutes
- The beginning of the song is something nice with the bass line and the pads, but then nothing new is really happening in the song
- The whistle kinda instrument is irritating after a while playing the same in the song
I don't know, this song is not my favourite, I don't like it that much, and I feel technical problems also. It would be nice to hear your hard mix also.
Anyway, I hope you get some feedback from trancers also. |
