I know Soundforge is really good, and if u use it you might not need Cooledit Pro. But cooledit pro still has a lot of good mastering options, especially when it comes to filtering out noise and clicks and pops...so you might want to give it a try.

hey, k-v-r has some great (som or some, loads) of vst/i.
i dun' remember the exact adress, but just search google or somthn: kvr
and you'll prolly find it.
