What is the perspective of the cd? Are you planning to sell it everywhere, or just in the netherlands, or ...
?

Stores in the netherlands, radio in the netherlands, and online for the cd, and optionally (have to look a bit deeper into this) sell mp3's separately or as bundle over the internet.

I'll let you know when you can start looking. :)

I'm first doing a project to start the income flow on which I can then start producing and marketing my future cd's. I estimate in about 2 months from now to be at that stage.

Cool. And when you practice, do you mostly play sheetmusic, or are you more of an improvisation guy?

I play sheet-music exclusively, I'm afraid the art of Improvisation has been mostly lost in classical music performance.

How so? Isn't classical music about creating a certain mood and express it? I do improvisation mostly and I can do that. True, you cannot improvise an existing song unless you stray away from its original style and make your own version of a song, which will become hard to create a classical song from a non-classical song but other than that, you sure can.

Sorry it took me so long to get back. I think I get what you're saying now: yes, I do Improvise as part of my composition process (and just to amuse myself); however, one never hears Improvisation in a concert setting anymore. It used to be that great musicians would improvise cadenzas at the end of certain types of pieces, but that art has been mostly lost and we usually write out our cadenzas nowadays.
