Quite simply, there is not enough interest at this point.

However, thoughts are lingering.

at what point does one determine there is enough interest?

I dunno - I didn't poll about the SoOn contest, I just did it and it seemed to be ok.

But it was a lot of work.

I'd suggest set a date and just do it. If it isn't popular have you lost all that much?

Last two compos on CTG (2000 day and Logo contest) had little success entry wise. Infact, the 2000day compo had Zero Entries.

These two compos were set up as exactly that; A date was set up, and in was done, and you are right, there is nothing to lose with this.

But for future events, we are waiting for a better time.
