Thought this might be a good idea to help new members learn the rules, purpose of each subforum, posting guidelines, etc.

The getting started page could be setup somewhere in a forum that's common to all members, such as perhaps the FAQ subforums.

When new members register, they'll get an automatic courtesy PM in their box that will direct them to the getting started page.
