On each members page, you can rate that person from a scale of 1 to 10. 1 meaning that's the worst person you know on CTG and 10 meaning that's the coolest person you know.

In any case, I really have no clue how to adjust that. I only scratched the surface of the code, and there doesn't really seem to be any other coder around.
