I'm not saying all the reviews are bad, but most of them looks a bit..... Unserious. But I dont think thats the reason why we dont get any more listeners, I just heard someone mentioned the reviewing system and listeners... Etc |

I'm sorry, I misunderstood you.  I just figured out, before you replied this again, and edited the last message. 
What, I thought I had a pretty good suggestion, but not like it would be in that way?! I haven't heard anything from Ace... LOL

That is correct, the system stays as it is in general, and by that i mean that i dont plan to implement new ways of reviewing alternatives (quick ratings, advanced reviews, official reviews...). There is a comment and a review option not counting other alternative options as sending private message or email to artist. So it is more then enought ways to give the feedback or share your opinion about the song.
But what can be improved here is the current system meaning that i could actualy make forms where you could write advanced reviews, where you would rate and comment many different aspects of the songs from strocture to sound quality and so on, only that it would count same as normal review, it would have one general rating and all the comments together with ratings would be merged/gathered into one nicely formated text (ussing highlighted text and so on). |

Its just a "roadmap for peace" as we would call it in America :>
I think this would work... as it motivate people to wirte better reviews. Maybe some here will still not use it properly... but if I had a bunch of text boxes to fill out it may prompt me to write more. ( did I understand you Ace that you wanted to have a rating for each feild? )
Plus I think new members would see this and automatically think this was normal "since this is the first they have seen" and may write bigger and more informative reviews from the start.
BTW I have been doing longer reviews.. and watching everyone else I am seeing the whole community has stepped it up a notch. I think we need to thank Mark for this! |

I think I understand what you mean and I think its not a bad idea... Obscene got a point in his post as well. It would be nice if this "big" review would always be on top on the page (over the other reviews I mean) even if it doesn't affect the overall rating more than any other review. It would look more nice, and new visitors would look at it first...
I think its worth testning (at least)...
