Help me find this ripped clip [HELP]

I will not name the song or the author ( and if you know please don't say ) but this clip from that track was ripped from another song, most likely an old American song.

Me and the wife have a an idea where it may be from , but cant seem to find an mp3 or anything of the original... but we're working on it. We think the sample is from a song from the "Popeye"- the movie soundtrack... called "He Needs Me" -written by Harry Nillson, sung by Shelly Duvall. This song was also featured on the soundtrack to "Punch Drunk Love" starring Adam Sandler.

However we could be wrong, but this clip is SO familiar to both of us and we know we will find it! If you guys can I would appreciate it if you could listen ( espcecially out US members ) and help us find this! Thanks!

Well.. just heard the Shelly Duvall song... looks like I was wrong.. but I still know that clip from somewhere!!!!!

I will have to rent every movie I have rented this year again til I find it.

This is not ripping .

RIpping is if someone copies an entire or a big part of the song , and use it without permission , without making any big changes !

You are talking about someone who maybe used a sample from an allready exsisting "comercial" song , which is not ripping , it is just using something without permission from the original composer .

Do not add songs containing samples of copyrighted material

Where do you draw the line? What would you have done when you were admin?

I didn't said it was alowed , I said it is not a ripping case , but a copyright case !
