Although reducing the usage of oil consumption is one way, replacing it with a better alternative is much better.
For those interested, you should do some research in free energy like zero point energy. This is basically a meganism you can build yourself that will harvest electricity out of air. True, its still in baby steps, but I've seen a small battery power an LED light.
And ontop of this, you can stack these batteries to get better output.

well yeah we need to look at something which is most abundant, like for instance if it were possible to convert iron into a benefit there's so much iron on earth it has almost no value at all, that's why the most hard to extract materials costs the most, it's like this sort of like, i can give you 5 litre's of oil for so many carrots because my country has so many people to feed now i'm running short on that oil, but i still do have X amount of people, so i'm gonna have to charge you more carrots for a few litres now Y says but we need so much oil to run the tractors then X says that's too fucking bad, then V says alright i'll kill you for the food, and then so world war 3 starts, because emergency measures was not taken, how sad, that so many people has to die for a mistake, all across the world, crime rates are increasing dramatically, it's gonna take years for those retards to finally have done something, because it should have been done years ago because that's how long it takes, all we can do now is for us all to do the best we can so that we can hold thumbs that people don't get wiped out like with the Jews in world war 2, it was all because of a food shortage that 60 million people had all their blood to waste, because some people does not know what the fuck's really going on, like these critics, they're retards, it's fact of what's happening and what needs to be done but they're against it, retardation....

I have an idea, which is still in theory but can strongly cross over to prototype, a machine which can convert any form of heat into electricity on a long run yeah it's not like it's david blain making it, so now heat into energy, coal for instance, it's not a steam engine if that's what you're thinking, but it can be used to make electricity, now the DEMAND for coal will go up and when that start's to cost too much wars start again, so i'll scratch that, water can create electricity sure, when that demand goes up there's gonna be wars again, i think only a lava plant can work, since electricity produced from it won't have any affect on it's cost, because it's unlimited and always there just like the sun, but as we know 80% of the world is made up of water so what's the problem in finding that? nuclear plants is what's going to save the world in the end if you ask me, even sound can be converted into electricity but it's very little unfortunately, if all architectural vehicles can be run on water then we wouldn't have anything to worry about, secondly if we had nuclear power plants driving the machinery used to purify water to water farm land we'd also not have anything to worry about, but right now we can worry our selves into it being torturous because this is the fact and problem happening right now food shortages. world war, and since the population on earth is so high now billions of people are gonna die, if measures can't be taken now, being unemployed means shit, as long as you've got food to eat, and if you haven't got food you're going to take the steps which you believe is neccasary to fix it, but you're wrong, the only steps that can be taken is to plant your own food, and to save as much electricity as you possibly can and encouraging the people around you to do the same, and everyone needs to do this for three months and only three months then things will come right, the economy will pick up and yeah, no more worries, but by the looks of things like with these critics, first a few billion people will have to die, over a period of 15 years, before things will only start to come right

There are cars that need 1-2 liters per 100 kilometers.
It would even be possible to drive cars that use 0 fuel or electricy.
The plans for that have been developed between world war I and II, but the oil industry and governments forbid to build such cars since it would destroy the oil industry.

But since they'll be getting less money as selling less, the value of it will increase, i thought that what if we built portable fruit and vegetable tanks, which where you can plug it into your wall, all you need to do is water it and supply it with electricity, it'll be like 1 square meter, maybe a bit higher since it'll be like triple decker, and if your electricity bill is from a nuclear plant you'll be making an economic evolution, lol... nuclear plant!!! i mean look around you, there must be space for it, this way you'll save alot of money, by growing your own food, of course though due to how long it takes you'll still need to buy food from the shops but in the end you'd save at least 65% on food costs, this will especially work for poverty stricken area's and stuff, secondly the major benefit to this will be that everyone will have there own little farm, and by this we won't get food from a single source, but we'll all have our own little source, saving on oil as well, since you don't have to plough with tractors or drive a thousand kilometers to deliver it or ship it on massive cargo's, perhaps major farms will role in the world trade industry more as well, this will inevitably deflate the resource demands which is busy sucking us all dry, you gotta ask yourself what is money? it's just paper, it's just paper because it represents a trade materie, the minerals and resources your country has to offer, the oil on earth is fucking us all, of course it's nice, but, i don't believe that it costing billions of lives is worth it, don't forget to save on electricity as much as you can!!! except if you're in a nuclear power community, i think the whole world will meet peace once every power station is nuclear, have no fear for it, it's better taking the meltdown risk than having some insane fascist try take over the world, believe me, when economies go down insanity in people starts expanding, that's why it's not a fucking joke or a game on your nintendo psp, it's a serious global matter where all of civilization depends on it, if the oil price has to go up by 2.7 percent and stays up there for 3 months, another few country's will have the same thing happening as libya, if it goes up by 5 percent after two months some civilized rich country's will experience it, if it goes up by 32% percent for 5 months another Hitler will emerge, if it could come down by 32% everything will be good and economies will grow and crime rate in the world will reduce by 32% maybe 72% in rich country's, if oil demand dropped, not it's price, by around 42 percent terrorism will drop by 82 percent, i just have this psychic thing trust me, or i think you just don't understand the entire concept of it all, we have to do something about it now, all of us, every person on earth, save electricity, it's both food and oil which is striking high demand and this spells bad things to come, the worse the demand the worse the catastrophe, crime rate globally has probably increased by 40% in the last 3 years or so, it's not a thing about oh things are becoming more difficult because of high consumer prices difficulty is nothing, it's about people who is poverty stricken which does not have food, and if they go without food for 30 days they'll inevitably die of malnutrition and starvation, but they won't they'll stand together against the governments, safety precautions and measures should have been taken decades ago to prevent this, so who's been running the show? they don't care... so let us at least try our best now, and when job cuts occur it does not only affect the one single person, it affects everyone which he or she provided for, since he's been cut off on income he can't spend anymore so it slows down economic movement as well, if things don't come right in the next 3 months economy's would have suffered too much it'll be fubar, beyond its fucked up repair, people everywhere will go crazy, probably global war or something, so if they can't increase oil extraction now then you can say thank you to them, but it could be though, a collusion factor, it could be, but perhaps in two or three months they'd have sorted it out, extract more oil and shit, then we'll all head back in the direction when thing's was so great, no stress and worries and bullshit like this, the reminisce, it's all that's in me
Who can invest in this? we build these portable farming houses, and sell it at a profit, but cheap enough for the person who needs it to buy it, it'll work i promise you'll, like a magic charm

Just to help others here... would you mind, if you write this much text, to add paragraphs here and there?
It makes it really hard to read which actually makes me skip the text, and I'm very sure your intention is for us to read it, not to skip it. Also, if you can, write shorter sentences.
A sentence, which you prolong using comma's, and then continue into another direction, just so you get this nice long sentence, really is not necessary, and makes it harder to read, as I just did here, you see.
