It felt a little hectic at first, but I got used to it mid way, and the part at around 1 min was a pretty sweet variation. I think if you started the track without the lead the first 30 seconds, it wouldnt be as much "in your face!", and thus decreasing the energy a bit.
The mix is pretty sweet, everything is clear and I can easily pick out each sound, just the way I love it
Im not sure exactly what kind of feedback you wanted, but holler back and I'll point out anything I can.
Here is mine (not sure if the last part works compared to the rest of the sound)

Thanx xtatic! It was just what I was after. Need to find the will to finish it and this helps!!
You have certainly moody piece here and I find it almost a full track rather than a preview. Simple, hooking, mesmorizing. Would be hard to say what to do...maybe bridge to last part could do something to pump listener up to the spankier mood introduced. Yet there's enough wire to hold on. On a movie soundtrack this kind of shift is crucial when take moves to another. So depending your goal...

Most definately. The thing is, I can keep at it with this one for another 4 minutes, or I can break it down here. But I agree with the suspense part before the "cliamx". Thanks alot!
edit: here is actually a preview. Im unsure if the part after intro works.. I dont feel the transition from the intro is any good..

I really like this, but, from an engineering perspective, this track has two sides for me. For one you have the 'compressed', slightly 'hectic', as Xtatic put it, synths that all seem to blur together, contrary to what Xtatic said about them sounding clear. Some EQ certainly couldn't hurt here to push some sounds through and stop them treading on others. But what kills this for me most is the mastering. The kick and snare are sitting quite loud compared to the rest, and it's all compressed in a bad way in the end. My suggestion is to turn the kick and bass down, let the bass instrument shine a little more by bringing it out, and stop limiting things at the output. It really doesn't make things sound any better. And if you're not compressing the master, then I wonder what I'm hearing? Definitely like the change at 1:00, but, as I said before, I think the bass could shine by driving the track more as opposed to letting the synths run free.
Put an end to the loudness war. Don't limit or compress your mixdown until mastering; leave the master channel alone.

Watch for muddiness is all I can say from an engineering perspective. Your lower mid frequencies tend to pile up a bit. Cut and high-pass as needed and maybe add a few more instruments filling other registers to prevent it sounding too repetitive. The snare was pretty cool but not sure where it was going in the end.

Does compression on the master seem to be a norm nowadays or is it just me hearing things? Was quite liking the atmosphere, if not again a little muddy, but it sounds so compressed?

Thanks for feedback A.
Regarding overall compression sound.. I suppose its just a matter of taste. I personally prefer to have my mixes compact. I use UAD limiter and EQ on master.

You're right. Originally I put preview out for few guys who were interested and they complain my silent mix (since I like to work with low levels and volume knob on 9 ), so I crushed it thru some other tracks mastering suite without tweaking. I will work with mix and put up plain export for a second opinion. In arrangement-wise I'm stuck, there's not enough to carry on as whole track but apart vocals&lyrics planned I have no clue what to do " more"...
Huge thans Atlantis!!

I some kinda like that you mix electronic music with an electric guitar.
You might have noticed that I am a friend of energy so I suggest to make the beat a little bit harder and use a bass that bounces more though.
Great idea to start this topic, too
I am currently working on a remix and it's supposed to be released on Mindlifting Records.
The problem is that the original song doesn't really have a melody so I made a lead of the notes from the progressive bass and I used the same notes to make the progressive bass.
The progressive bass should sound a bit more like Psytrance though.
The hihats suck, and someone said that the vocals are off beat.
At least I have a new kick that might make the track a little bit harder.
However, here is the full lenght version, but it's not a final yet so suggestions are welcome
