Hello i no longer know exactly where to go for interesting new musical tracks, do you know which popular radio show broadcast music in this style
Dobenbeck - Please dont go (Chris Reece remix)
and a classic favorite of mine:
Carry me away - Chris lake feat. Emma Hewitt. In general i love alot of Chris Lake's stuff, and also Emma Hewitts vocals.
i tried to link to youtube but ive just registered so i cant.
I suppose these songs really say all about the electronic music that really nails it for me, usually pretty vocals on it, and usually a beat like the ones above. I would probably describe myself as being closer to enjoying mainstream club music than trance music, ive listened to Armin Van buuren for years, and when i started they played stuff like what i linked above, but now it seems well over half the tracks are some kind of "balearic" or whatever which is too slow and downbeat for me, it makes me feel asleep.
If you know some radio shows i could tune into online to get some of the music style i describe above i would love that.
Thank you for taking the time to read this! |

Well there are tons of radioshows out there where you can hear these kind of tracks. Of course the shows are not entirely filled with these.
I'd say your best bet is to go to Beatport.com and just buy the tracks you are fond of. That's what I do anyway
Autio & Maattala - Aidee [wavedata records] - Out now!
Solar Emotion - Distant Visions (valve remix) [wavedata records] - Out now!!

| I'd say House all of the way. Definitely not Trance or Progressive though people like AVB would consider it Trance. |

The problem with the electronica genres such as progressive, trance, techno and house is that a lot of artists make music that's a mixture of several genres. Call them crossover if you want. I'd say Chris lake isn't house, but its not really trance/progressive either. Just take it for what it is, and leave the genres over to the youtube-discussion. Chris lake going to end up somewhere between trance/progressive and house, and depending on who you are speaking with, he/she will call it house or progressive.
I like your taste of music though Good songs
