I didn't deeply understood what you meant, but I signed NO on your poll. My point of view is that the website hasn't changed (improved) significantly and moreover some of the best activity here (as the great CTG mixes) were technically disappeared..

I don't know how long this style has been around but I like it. It's a really cool design and it's very easy to find your way around. Atleast, I think so.
