This argument could be the same as the "trackers vs. professional software" thing. I think someone with enough talent and experience with PSP could accomplish results as good as someone with Photoshop.

A very good graphician would even make good stuff in Paintbrush. No antialiasing though.

That's a better way of putting it. However it would take more effort in PSP than in Photoshop, which is why Photoshop is over a thousand dollars in cost.

Better than Gimp : Well... I've never seen, heard or tried it, I just wanted to be hard 
Better than Paint Shop Pro : In this case I wanted to be hard too. It's more user-friendly and have better effects and stuff in my opinnion and most of all I'm using it 
Now is your turn, tell me what's better about paint shop then...

It's smaller and works better on low-end pc's then photoshop (and yes, I have a low-end pc )
