I'm currently a big fan of Astrix.

I like Infected Mushroom better than Astral Projection, but maybe because I've mostly only heard their stuff from before 2002 or so...

I don't like Hallucinogen that much either, but I do like Shpongle a lot.

I would definetly say something like Astral Projection & Shiva Shidapu...
I rememberd some great vocal goa stuff form the Israelian music channel ('channel 24') from 2003-2004 with the singer Zehava Ben -
