How many days/weeks does it take u to make a tune (hard,psy,prog,goa,trance)? Do u leave a project and open it after a while? Which program do u use to make the mix? How many channels do u use in the mix? Tips for the mix?

Oh. My best trax is made in a row. 2-4 days.
But thats very seldom. Usually maybe a few weeks? Then ofcourse you have a bunch of tracks that you think never will get finished, but eventually one & another does  These can take years!
I dont make any trance though (hard,psy,prog,goa,trance), as you asked for, but it was stated in topic, electronic music, and that I make!
I´ll even clean the toilets! |

True, but i'll answer anyway.
It takes me about a month or a month and a half with 3 nights a week.
I only work at weekends, so yes, I open the project and leave it.
No really, it takes time from first notes to actually start doing the thing.
Maybe another month, or a week in best case.
I mix using cubse SX 1, and i use roughly about 10-20 channels which i render
to wav and mix that. These wavs represent every mayor element in the track
that can be premastered and effected acordingly.

Depends. I make music with buzz tracker and it takes me months sometimes, and sometimes just a week..
Someone should make fun out of you. Why don't you do it yourself? |

It varies. Generally making music takes me more and more time. But one of my best songs was made in one day. I just woke up at 10 AM, sat in front of my computer... and have been sitting there till 10 PM. The song was finished then, but I made small changes for 3 months after that  . My newest song was being composed for 3 months till now and I still have only 3 monutes of the second part, while the full was meant to be 3 parts - 14 minutes each.
