i think its just a new mixer - gives things more of a Reason/Real Mixer look and feel 
oh and the good bit? that you can use it to use VST(i)s from a 2nd pc... so if you havent got the spec powerfull enough to cope with a load of vstis - but have a 2nd pc - then this could solve your problems...
sounds messy though bad enough having to launch Cubase and Reason let alone a 2nd fucking pc with the same software lool |

i actually took the 15 seconds to go to the website and check this prog out....
its basically a vsti host without a sequencer - for live musicians that just want to PLAY their vsti's.
its not a synth....that would explain why it doesnt look like one.
