Hmm... ReWire is not just a MIDI clock. It is a lot more complex than that. I doubt some hacker would have reversed-engineered it. I more think it's an existing company (FL?) that made this little addon (because you need to be a company to get the ReWire license).
While this indeed makes Buzz a ReWire-capable tracker, MadTracker still is the first to have this support natively.
