I was reading a few reviews and I noticed something. An artist here probably does not get the feedback they want necessarily. Most reviews target flaws and suggest improvements to be made on an individual song. What about the artist as a whole?
Ratings are great, but I do not think they are enough. I have had many questions about my music, and I really find it tedious to constantly send music to other artists and ask their opinions about something. Originally I thought that an artist review system, a system to review the individual artists, would work, but the problem is, artists always change their style, their skill, and a review isn't always good for amateur artists.
So I have been doing some thinking, what about polls on each person's artist page that are comment based. The artist can set up a question, or ask what the person viewing the page thinks, and the viewer, rather clicking on a box for the poll, instead types in a text box a comment.
So for me, I could type in:
"Hey, I wanted to know what you think about my mastering. I have tried really hard, but I dunno if the songs sound a little lofi, what do you guys think?
And then a person responds:
Your mastering could use a little more high end boost, and try adding more compression.
How many of you artists have had a question that couldn't be answered by a review?

I think it would be nice to have comment section in artistpage, but comments should be removeable and there is also guestbook for this use.

Hmm i think the idea is not too bad 
I would call it "Artist FAQ". Where each artist could ask questions which would be then answered by other artists.

If it is good idea it doesnt also mean that we need it.
We have guestbooks, private messages, song comments and forums where each member can ask questions and people can answer them. So i see this feature yet one new form of giving feedback and i belive we have enought allready.

Negative!
The whole point is the process in which an artist tries to get feedback is really tedious. Guestbooks are way too general, and most of them are just "Hi" "Nice sound! PEAZE!"
Comment polls have specific questions, in which people give specific answers to, and that means the artist can get exactly what kinda information they want.
And yeah, they can be deleted, and set a max limit if they take up too much stuff.

Hahah, yes, this is good stuff! Im very excited about the development of this site, I mean, things are getting added here almost weekly now!
