Suggestion (can´t help myself here)
maybe some kind of multilingual forums would be cool in here. I.e. for a place for germans, russians, polish, etc.
but... ehrm, well on the other hand while writing this shit I think it would come to the result that every person would only get in his own niche.
mhh.... dunno.

personally i think topics like this should be alive and not closed, i mean not every topic must be 100% serious or about music or tracking, right!

I think you didn't get my point, I was maybe little confusing. My point was that this topic was made to keep discussion going. Last topic closed and you wanted to reply. That was my point, I'll try to be more clear next time

but the last time i was in germany some year ago, most stuff i heard had german voiceovers. but wth, i didn't watch 24/7 though
