I've got some ideas for a Compo, but I haven't got what it's necessary to make it. Here there are. If somebody is interested on making this kind of Compo be free to do it. 
This would be a kind of International Compo.
Rules:
- There will be one entry for each country on earth.
- Each country will chose the song which would represent it. (e.g. Spain. Imagin there are 10 candidates, then Spanish trackers would elect one song for the Compo)
- There wouldn't be any limit of countries.
- Judges would be the countries itself. (e.g. EEUU would vote for the rest of the countries from 1 to 10 but they couldn't vote for theirselves.)
Prizes:
- I haven't thought about prizes, but there should be great ones.

I think the idea is not bad but im not sure if it would work or you would need good organization to make it happen. First you would need to run country selection so you would need active people from each country to select the winner who could go to "finals", unless if everyone would be able to vote in this "qualifying" round aswell.
Still you would need to find quite some interested people and i guess this would be the hardest part with the compo.
The idea looks a bit like eurovision contest and it could be fun but you also need to put quite some work and effort into voting system and some submision system. It wont be easy but it is possible

i think we might need a lot more people at this site because there arn't enough active members in some countries. |

Maybe it should go as a system of compos... first one for each country, and then all the countries together.
Maybe PLUKS you will get to work on this later.
