Well, I'm tied up until 2nd of June with academic studies (finals). After that, I have a track that needs finishing and I want to write another on a similar thread before I start doing "other" performane pieces. With my development times (and that I need to shift all of the crap on this computer to my ex-numbercruncher coz this one is too cpu-limited) I'll probably be hung up for a good half-year to a year. 
But yeah, this compo sounds cool. Now is probably a good idea to hammer out all of the rules, as well as figuring out how the tracks are going to be judged (in-house or released to the masses) and finding a place to upload them and sorting out the other stuff, if you're serious about this.
