You can always {img} a big 1600x1200 {/img}

And then I come and moderate it to [img width="600"] a big 1600x1200 [/img] and you're screwed.

1. find a pic (over internet for example) [if the pic is in net , skip part 2 'n 3]

2. save it to ur pc

3. upload it to internet ( for example mediamax.com ) [u need to register there , but it's free and works like charm]

4. goto straight to your picture (for example in mediamax) , right click and goto properties and copy that pic's location

5. and in ctg goto artist tools -> settings and paste your pic's location into avatar section and modify width 'n height parts so they will match with ur pics width 'n height (u can check ur pic's w 'n h by right clicking your image and by selecting properties)

6. your done
