I agree with Storm. The best way to fight depression IMO is to not really give a shit about anything. Disassociate yourself from everything you love and/or hate and you will only have yourself, and yourself is all you should care about. But it won't work because shortly you will seek for things to love, which may send you into a deeper spiral.
So don't listen to me or Storm. Just make a new song.

Thanks guys, when I fell really bad about my trouble I used to think about death like a liberation, sometime we shouldn't deserve suffering... but we also thinking about all the people who needs of our presence, I talking about family, friends... ect
I used to think every time I would want to die, I surely die indeed, something in me die, these times...
...and so my life change, again...

6 billion people live with suffering. To be human, it means to suffer, but it also means a hope for a pleasure. Pleasure also exists in everyone's life, it is the moment of least suffering.
But as western persons, as people who don't really know suffering, we have to remember...
This applies for 2 billion people. In Africa and the Middle-east and other places, the suffering of all people in Europe and North America combined cannot match one person's suffering in those places. To wish for death, is selfish, ignorant, and sad. Your life will improve no matter what. If you go out, go on drugs, and drink, for those few moments when you are high, or buzzed, you achieve that pleasure that is worth living. But long-term pleasure is possible too, and the only way to get that is to allow it to happen. The only way to stop long-term pleasure's chance is to wish for death, or to commit suicide. Death is the only end in life, if you lose a loved one, or you fail at life, or you get fucked up, its not the end ever. Stand tall for the people who suffer more. For their honor, you enjoy life to its fullest. For them, you help them atleast once in your life. |

All the thing you said are true... but I'm talking about death in diferent way...
I live in southern Italy and I'm very close to these unlucky people...
alienation, indifference, intolerance... also the western world has its evils...
...finally I never talked about suicide.

Nah, you don´t have clue what you are talking about. A cousin of mine commited suicide, let me show you what here live looked like.
As she was fukking pretty: many times abused, by 3 different persons.
Her father (who also beated here, and raped her mother and was always drunk)
Anywayz, she was schizofrenic(7 different persons, one of them was very dangerous) because of the dad, and that is some problem of course. The second guy was a the second 'father' she had, a friend of her mother thus. The third guy was her psychiatric, while she was trying to seek help.
I think that she knew what suffering is, ok, there's always a girl/guy who had more, but you can't say that this was very pleasant.
Anywayz, the major problem was that she could never get off that schitzo idea, and she would have to learn to live with it. that basically killed her
Ok, some good things in her life too: Dutch champion RSG (ingroups), fukking beautiful, smart, and she was a great artist. Very easily done ofcourse, only 3 of the 7 persons were briliant.
Anywayz my advise --> Shut you pie-hole, when you don't know shit. Now, a simple depression won't kill you, but a depression IS a serious problem. Many psychiatric doctors recognise it. But, i'm sure that you know it better then them.

Friend of mine attempted to do a suacide by hanging herself. Thankfuly her father found her soon enought so she was saved. She suffered from depression back then but now she is totaly different person, she found a nice guy and she seems to be very happy and looking back if she would succeed in doing suacide it would be an awfull shame.
So the point is that there is really nothing you can gain by doing a suacide specialy when you can be 100% sure it can get better only if you put a little effort into it.

I totally agree. But I do recognize 'depression' as something serious, and to write a reply like akisey did is a way too easy. Some ppl have serious problems, even in a rich country without war.
