well you probablly all know of my last topic by now
CTG support
but i have some problems.
as first how do you guys think its the best to collect the songs that are made in the sort of "contest".
i was thinking of something on CTG because it al started here  and Kricke gave me the idea to do something like the Christmas Compo.
an other idea is that Ace could insert a new Genre on CTG, something like "Support"
or an idea i made, that every artist that wants to join just puts it on his own page under a new map called something like "Artists Joining To Make The World A Better Place"
and then i could make a sticky topic or so with all the names of the guys who participated and the name of the song
well these are just idea's but because this is the very first time i do something like this i thoughed i ask it in a new topic, there will be guys out there who are expierenced with this kind of "contest" and it would be nice to have there opinion.
so everyone who has an idea how we could do this post it here
just think this thing is gonna give CTG a good name and i think it will make CTG more Fameous then it allready is

I think if we want to implement an idea like this the one with a new genre and an own topic for the project would be the easiest. Just the way it worked with the Christmas compo which shouldn't be such a big deal since it's been done before  So for now a new (maybe just temporary) genre "Support" and some linking of those songs to a topic collecting all the songs would be my suggestion.

I dont find this as a good idea. "Christmas" actualy can be understood as genre so it fits in but "Support" doesnt since it is not a genre description of song but the intention behind the song. So i would not mix it together with music styles.
I think best way to implement your idea is simply to have a topic where people can simply post links and info about their songs.

nope i don't even care if people check my page or not, i just want to help my lizzie, and i thoughed a cd full of beautifull music would make her a little better, and i liked the idea of making it for all people who go's through such things.
i only want profit the day my songs really sound good what isn't now.
so you know.

I don't think I'll have the time to produce something exclusive for this project but I offered Senturio to use "2004 - Summer of Emotions" since I think the feeling of the song might be just what he's looking for
But I'm also curious who else will participate and how
