Hi all, I'm putting on another best original song contest on anti-industry.com! This is for all genres, internationally. This is also for indie or unsigned musicians. First place is $500 US, buncha free stuff, and more free stuff for 2nd and 3rd place.
This contest is for all genres of indie or unsigned musicians...Deadlines for submissions: AUGUST 8th, 2004.
Rules and submission info: http://www.anti-industry.com/compilation.php
We've got this deal with Sonicbids for online submissions. You can only submit your stuff thru Sonicbids.com and there is a $15 entry fee per song (you can enter as many songs as you like!). If you don't have a Sonicbids account, they are hooking us up with a special deal where for $24.95 you get an entry in the contest as well as a 6 month account with Sonicbids. Normally the 6 month account is $29.95, so for those of you that are interested this is a pretty cool deal
If you have any questions please feel free to visit the site and post your questions. By the way, all the financials for this are public. Scam = not in my gameplan

You pay $15 so that you might get your song on a CD that will not collect any roalties? That's not anti-industry; that's industry turned completely around. Count me out
Edit: Sure, one might be lucky and actually win those $500, but entering any compo expecting to win is not very realistic, especially when there's no way to predict at what quality level the entries will be. |

You pay 15 euro´s so that you might win the 500 euro´s prize. But then again, I think the organizators could make some profit out of this one, so I´m not participating. I wouldn´t win anyway.
You' re always as good as your last song. |

15$??? NO WAY!!!
But then again... I wouldn't participate if it was 2 cents. I like non-profit compos, even if there are no prizes.
I wonder how many participants will they collect.

It's not anbout the amount of money (cuz hey, 15 euro is nothing), but it's the fact that you actually have to pay!

Americans!
People try this shit all the time. Yesterday a man calls me and tells me I've won a $15,000 swimming pool, but he couldnt even tell me the name of the company he was working for.
