Yeah, so let's go with MP only 
obScene, can you set up a little page with some info? Don't think we need many rules. Just do whatever the program allows you and nothing more  We could set the deadlin to mid august and let the participants decide like in the Turtle Head compo, or let CTG members review... 
I think that's about all we need  Looks like there's enough feetback to actually get this working

One question, how should judging work? Two common options....
All entrants vote on each other's tracks
A selected panel of judges ( not entering the compo ) judge.
Need to know what people prefer before I get the site built.

I quite liked how the 'different life' chip compo was done. Once all entries were in, they were uploaded and vote process began. On the website, it had a basic 1-5 checkbox option for EVERYone to vote on! averages decided it at the end

somehow when i open the smc, the controls don't work. i tried changing them and relaunching the file but it still doesn't work. any ideas?

MARIO PAINT USES THE SUPER NES MOUSE ADD-ON
If you are using ZSNES, go to "Config", the "Add-Ons" and set the mouse to Port 1.
I will definately put this in large print on the webpage.

Site is 90% done.
Im waiting on my new host to process me, then I will have 200 MB space for this.
