first thing i am going to say is ! have you both a computer from manufacture that can cool cpu to 11 degreedssssss! i was wow and wow !
it started when i got my first desktop(had a laptop)i started loving to build computers specialy overclock , and this computer i both from compacq was the wors nightmeir celeron2.0 microstar motherbord 40gb 256mb !the wors i can think of ! so i started to upgrade now i have the old case but p4 120gb 1gb ddr ! the temp used to be 35-40'c celsius! but when i just put 3 more fans on it (it had 2 fans one for cpu one for case) it did not make any diference, i thout it did not make any diference becaouse the case was too small and it was hard for me to find a place to put them . i took out the powersupli and there i put one fan and one at the front and one on the hard drive it took me two hours to think of a place to put them , so i did it ! it made defrence after 30 min ! cpu cooled to 11'C and i ran a benchmark called AquaMark3 for 20min with ati 9600pro cpu was 26'C what do you say could it be any cooler if i have more fans in side?

I have a crappy 800mghz celeron, which doesnt get hot, in fact it keeps my other parts cool. 
I'm not a tech head at all, but what difference does it make how cool the cpu is? As long as it doesnt explode.. what's to care about? Close up the case and forget about it. My computer runs 24/7 , and is pretty active during it time, even when im asleep I have download going almost every night. And its never blown up, melted downl.
What am I missing? Set me straight.

Well, I hate to bring this up like this, but your modem it is. I've been told that you run a 56kbps!? You might want a consider updating?
