I'm not a tech head at all, but what difference does it make how cool the cpu is? As long as it doesnt explode.. what's to care about? Close up the case and forget about it. My computer runs 24/7 , and is pretty active during it time, even when im asleep I have download going almost every night. And its never blown up, melted downl.
What am I missing? Set me straight.

Hi thanks for everything you said i belive it is right !but hey don't you need cold air when it's hot ! would you be able to do somthing when it is 50'C out !  if your not a techhead so am i ! but i just like overclocking you should read some about computers where are you any way ?Combodya?? i recommand you read some thing about costum pc! Hey it a jungel out there

My friend once had Athlon 1800+. He bought a very good fan for it and noticed that the temperature drastically decreased.
He didn't know about it, but the termometer didn't work right...
He started overclocking... He has reached something near 3000 Mhz (yes! with A1800, which has 1400 Mhz ) observing the temperature in BIOS. Suddenly the termometer started working again and for a moment he saw that his processor is infact 90 degree (celsius) hot! A second later the machine died.

i saw that pc man it is huge ! but my pc is 30% sise of yours and i use only fans(lot of noise but i use headphone) and i have much more this moring it came to 8'C
It's a jungel out there! |

hi guys i came back turned my p4 2.4 on but this time i found out that 2 fans were controled by motherboard it slows down after some time so i took out the senser line it works faster and now my cpu cooled down to 8'C
i am confused how in hell did i put a p4 2.4 from 40-55'C(after runing Farcry for 30min) to 8-26'C(after runing Farcry for 30min) with only 1 80mm fan, two smaler fans below air in to the case, a cpu fan that comes with pc and a fan for hard drive
did you see how ???
