This is truly sad. Can't really say nothing more.
Why even try to use vocals if you're not entitled to use them? Why risk it all? That I don't understand.
Shame really. Me and Randor did a quite good job on the mix. Would have been fun to see how far we would have ended up.

I *AM* dazed & confused... I don't know what to think really.
The accuser waves around with a lawsuit in the forum (which is pretty much pathetic IMO ), yet don't post any proof ( like an original track or something ). He does not explain what exactly was ripped/copyed, and since i doubt he leaqed the whole unprocessed wav( wait.. exactly 3 of them to be precisse; in this case, he actualy IS stupid, or really careless ), it must have benn lyrics... but ANY lawsuit would fail with such a generic text that has been written (whole or by parts) atleat a million times before. Again, Anergy may rip the melody of the vocals, but I need to hear the original to be convinved.
Damn... al this "guilty-until-proven-inoccent" thing became rather common these days.
People scream first, then listen. World is becoming annoyingly paranoic it seems

chris said the original track had exact same lyrics sang in exact same melody, which is the hook of the tune, so it's not a small thing..
anyway it seems the tune will be released but with new vocals

Nevermind.... I'll probably use the backbone for something else, or even try to do something with instrumental, since its cool and completely different from original ( no (C) can be applyed whatsoever ).
A shame really it turned out this way.
They got the top 5 remixes choosen , but won't give them away... bastards
