Before this topic is closed, I want to add my 2 cents....
I think you guys are behaving very childish towards DJ Frosto (or what his name is...). Shure he "ripped" the song, but I think he deserves a second chance also. When I first entered the scene, I never knew that I'm not allowed to upload whatever I want...I didn't think it would be ripping if I uploaded someone elses track., I just always was to lazy to upload any tracks, so none of my "ripped" trax every were uploaded. Maybe he didn't know any better either! Nobody is perfect and I think that people shouldn't go arround being nasty to him. I'm especialy pointing my finger at Szardt. That's discusting the way you are handeling this case. As an admin you should know better and maybe not be so impolite to people, otherwise your reputation and the of this page might be in great danger. Also picking on him because of his "bad" english...is not exeptable. Not everybody speaks this language and also doesn't have to.
I say, give him a warning, which he has gotten more than enough by now and then give him another chance. Over and out.

| its not the fact that he uploaded it. its that he ripped it and knew exactly what he was doing. he litteraly stole a song, added some odd stuff and claimed it to be his own work. secondly in his first reply to this thread he didnt show ANY sign of regrets at all and said he just didnt care. i personally dont think people that act that way deserve to be treated with respect as they obviously dont have it for anyone else or anyones music. |

NONSENCE ! He ripped it when u knew he was doing !
Also , if we give him a second change , then we should give every ripper a second change ? NO !
Every ripper must be handled the same way , and if you think it is childish , well ... that's you opinion !
I think messing up weeks and tons of work , and especialy ripp one of the all time classics in the scene , isn't something u can forgive.
Also we never use "his bad english" as a reason .
Before submitting a track to CTG , you are warned for this , so I don't see a problem here ......

The only reason I reacting how I do is because I hate Rippers ,
it is the worst thing in the scene , and also because it was such a classic .
I never used his bad english for an excuse.
And do you think I care because I am an admin ?
Like I told u m A ripper is and stays a ripper , period.
Hehhe .... I was acting discusting on purpose !
