Well, I've been keeping track of my sleep progress over the last few weeks, and the familiar pattern is already starting to emerge...
Doesn't sound so bad when I do get around 9 hours of sleep an earth day though.
Interesting I posted here nearly 2 years ago too. Some stuff I'd almost forgotten about.

I should do that too. Been sleeping about 6 hours/night lately, cows need their attention starting around 0500 wich means I'm up 0430 (I SHOULD be ) Somehow there's much stuff on my head now and sleep seems to be stressed as Atlantis described long time ago. Alcohol helps sometimes, but seems that you must be on bed in that very moment sleep is about to come. Crossing that line spoils whole night....... |

These days I sleep quite alot, due the extensive work I have to deliver each day at my job. Around 8 hours.. on weekends though, it's a whoooooooole different story Most of the time I sleep quite long on friday night, so I will wake up around 11-12:00 on Saturday. When I go out on Saturday night I usually return between 05:00 and 07:00, plus 1 or 2 hours which is spend eating and drinking with friends (love after parties ). On Sunday, I will wake up remarkably early. I usually only need 2 or 3 hours of sleep. I guess it's the alcohol that let me do that.
Sunday night is killing though, the exhaustion is significant

My sleep per night vary between 5 - 7 per night. But at the end of the week I feel when I didn't sleep enough. |
