Hi there!
I know all you hardcore toughguys out there probably never watch movies within the Drama-genre, but I'm gonna take a chance and nominate my vote for the Best drama-movie I have seen in the 24 years I've been living:
What Dreams May Come - starring Robin Williams & Cuba Gooding Junior.
I've seen it before of course, but I saw it again today and it is still the movie with the most impact and value I think. If you haven't seen it, I recommend it warmly.. well, if you can watch movies within the drama-genre that is.
This is an open topic of course, so if you have other movies you like better within the drama-genre, please post them here. And remember, this is the vote for the best, so only one movie per artist/member.

Hmm Drama .. , well here are some nominations ;
-One flew over the cuckoo's nest
-The Green Mile
-21 Grams (altough this didn't move me as much as the other 2 mentioned above)
But i have to pick one , so that will be The Green Mile , that movie made me cry my eyes out at the end of the movie |

And I agree. Green Mile rules!
And "Leon". The only professional killer that the audience loves

The best drama would be one of the filmed versions of Shakespear's work. I don't remember the title just now, but it was so filled with perfect dialogue and drama that I remember having a great feeling 3-5 days _after_ i had seen the film. That's a great movie for me - a movie which has that kind of impact.
