So I guess we can have a nice show here on ctg bi-weekly or something.
I can host it , and it can be alot of fun !

This is what I have in mind : a 3 hour show ... LIVE ! NOT PRE -RECORDED !
We will play trance and tech/progressive.
In this way we can interact with the listeners and it will be alot more fun then some lousy usual pre-recorded show .

1st hour - New tunes , signed and unsigned , promo's , and some talking .

People can send in their tracks aswell to a special server that will be made availble , only teh good ones will be played off course .

2th hour - a guest mix , guestmixes can also be uploaded to the server , and I will also ask other (known) people for some guetsmixes ..... NO Traktor or pc dj stuff .... only the real deal will be accepted . This mix will *DUH!* be pre recorded.

3th hour - Mark Versluis 1 hour LIVE in the mix .

So what do we need ? We need a name for the show , and we need jingles after we get a name .... we also need to discuss which day we will broadcast ....
A weekly show will be too much , bi-weekly or monthly can be done.

Ok so let me hear what you guys think .

Coming up :
Szartd&TranceJax - Tenso [Lange rec.]
Foreign Force - Emotional Breeze / Ozone [ASOT-Armada]
Kyamoto - Frosted [TRR]
Kyamoto - Stealth [ATCR]
Luis Kala - Panema [Abora]
S.T.J. - Aurora / ASOM [Dark Noize]

This doesn't mean alot of mixing of all tunes , basicly just checking out new stuff.

very nice idea!!

the only thing we need is alot more ctg radio listeners :)
but i guess that we will get alot more listeners by starting this topic and the option of uploading your tunes to a server so that you might have a change to be on the radio show...

Nice :)

I also thought of this idea some weeks ago, though not with signed artists and stuff; just the CTG community. I thought if we could get people from different countries; best with one per active country of course (but it would be too hard I guess). Based on the CTG community charts (not ONLY, but you know what I mean), this person "working" for the radio could interview the wanted artist in the respective country in english; broadcasting the interview on the radio (so yes, it would be pre-recorded) and playing some of the artists best tracks. I know it sound kind of NOT reasonable or doable, but I just thought it would have been really awesome :P

But yeah, great with live shows! Hope it will happen! :D

Sounds like a great idea, Mark.
I say you should go for it :) One could wonder why this hasn't been suggested at an earlier stage, since I see no drawbacks in it at all.

Besides, it makes the window bigger for us CTG-artists to get our songs promoted if we get our tunes played.
