"4)xternal effects: ...Effects must be freeware or with demo-version available"
"5) The host used must be with demo or freeware version available on internet"
i understand why, but most demo versions don't even allow you to save..

ok i tryied the synth, and i have to say the sound of it is pretty bad. also the synth is way way too heavy. using this is very uninspiring
also these hybridsynthesis synths are a pain in the ass to tweak, and the bad gui doesn't help at all..

Hey, we don't ask that you use demo versions!
We only ask that you use software that, if commercial, has a demo version available!
You use what you want, then we look for demo version to test it...
You understand that we cannot buy everything, there is a mess of products...
About the synth: I understand that it is a very complex synth. It means that it is complicated to use. The new GUI (coming in a few days) should help a lot.
But:
- You don't like the sound. It is very different from "it sounds bad". It's sound is considered very very good and original. Look at www.kvr-vst.com and search "sknote" in the forum...
- There are 100 presets to tweak and there will be a lot more in next days
- There is a complete pdf manual
Anyway, if you don't like tweaking this is not your synth!!!
We are doing this contest (as we are developing this synth) for fun.
Any comment like yours is very welcome (positive or negative!) because it helps us to make things better, and this is exactly what we want!!!

ok...
i think my comment sounded pretty harsh too, it wasn't ment to sound so negative..
i only tested the presets through, and compared to some other freeware synths they didn't really impress me that much. i'll look into the synth a bit more deeper now..
also i just checked and it seems that demo version of FL has a save option anyway, so all my bitching is quite useless...

hmmz, can't you simply listen to the mp3 file? I use buzz, and although I have the legal version (haha  ) it's probably hard to listen to it when you download the legal version too...

yeah I figured that out already, but the problem with buzz is that you need to fix a lot of problems before someone else can open the file...
