i have problem, i have some EXS kits, and i was wondering is there any way to convert them into kits so that battery or some other vsti instrument could load them, maybe into akai format or so?
and ofcourse if there is a vsti sampler that accepts this logic sampler format that would do aswell..

I think you should go for SFZ and SFZEd. SFZ is a free VSTi sampler, with great sounding quality. It has its own format, called sfz. The format is similar to EXS: you have samples in one directory and a separate file has the information on how to play them, note mapping, etc. So, you can make sfz instruments out of your samples, without even having to duplicate the samples, which will save you lots of disk space. I have done that with some EXS samples I have (actually I have those and halion, I don't remember which I used in the end). SFZed is a free tool that allows you to make and edit sfz files.
Get sfz here:

And sfzEdit you can get here:

i'm not seeking a new format for kit,
i could load the samples to battery if there is no other way...
i just want to load the EXS kits to some sampler so that i don't have to load every wav at a time but all of them at the same time, and so that they all go to their right places.
like if it's a melodic instrument, the C wav will go to C and D wav will go to D and so on..
