I believe it's because more and more tracks are being uploaded, so allot of the time is spent on the new tracks rather than the old. I have tried to go back to older 'unreviewed' tracks but there's only 24 hours in the day.

We should call an 'Unreviewed Tracks Review Day' where every active member reviews at least one (1) unreviwed track for one (1) day or each day for that matter.
