Can't you use the same system of Xmas compo?!?
Or at least open an official thread where ppl write their entry until a date, then you create a poll and ppl votes his favourite.. or write down on a reply their first 3 fav songs..
Then the most, say, 10 entries (or maximum 80mins) will enter the online cd.
After that, you just had to create a downloadable link in the ctg mixes section, or wherever...
It's too bad we're gonna make nothing, I don't think that every solution would require lot of time...

Alright, I assume this is the way the whole idea is going to end up. Fine, indeed.
It would have been better to create a simple voting system than keeping on delaying this, definitely.
And what hurts more, is that very little users joined this discussion, or kept it alive. Nice, indeed.

Now, PLEASE, some admins reply to this message:
Can I open (or can you) an official thread where people enter links of their entries, and users (after, say, 10 days) put a list with the rating they give to each song (and then publish the chart)?
I can make the manual calculation to see which songs have the best average score (so that, say, the first 10 enter the compilation), I have enough time...
Then the only thing remaining is a cover and a page for the compilation..
IS THIS SO DIFFICULT AND/OR LABORIOUS?!?

You really deluded me.. I can understand you have no time to create a php script... but I can't believe you have no time to reply to my call.

Ofcourse you can open anykind of topic you want as long as it goes along with our rules.
You can add poll to it and make it as an official compo topic.
After the compo/poll voting is over you are also free to submit news on front page and we will accept it. That news can count as official compo result where also there can be a link to the compilation and a list of songs included in the compilation.
We can even provide you a custom link for this topic so that it can be nicely used on other sites aswell (asia-compo.ctgmusic.com or so).

I am sorry that it ended this way but what you wrote is simply correct atleast for my case. I lost my interest for this and i simply forgot about it since i didnt reply right away when you posted it.
