2004 was okay. still with my girl  that's the happiest thing of 2004, since we had quite an argue in the summermonths. been together for 3,5 years now..
else.. musically fair enough.. my musical style has changed quite much this year, and i think thats good..

Musically... I learned almost everything I know in the last few months (end of 2004) here at CTG (thus none of my releases reflect what I know atm) So that was good  The rest of my life was prettymuch normal, not too many friends, but that's the way I am and always have been so I'm happy Started at the college, and it's intestesting
Really though it tired the heck out of me

2004? First I returned back to New Zealand from Australia after having been overseas for a year. I didn't have anywhere to go since my parents and half my family since live on a yacht and are sailing around the world, so I crashed at my brother's and friends' places for a few weeks until I found my own place to move in to.
Then I travelled up north to see my parents and half my family again, got in a major bus accident where I was thrown out of the window as the bus rolled off the road, and got my arm caught under the bus. Then the cunstables who 'helped' me robbed me of over NZ$9000 (approx. 5000 euros), and so since I've been unemployed and living off the government's money (going on nearly 11 months now).
The good side is that since I haven't had to work I've had all the time to work on my music and figure out where I want to get to later in life. The second half of 2004 was basically just that. I did a lot of music engineering work for the scene, always going backwards and forwards as I learnt and discovered new things. It was an extremely frustrating time, but in the end I think it finally paid off as I now feel pretty confident about being over the initial 'learning phase' and that I'm now a 'qualified' music engineer. In turn, I'm set to start on some more commercially inclined work this year, and will start charging for it too.
In the second half of 2005 I plan to return back to a computer science degree I started several years ago though, so I will have to put music aside for a couple of years until I finish that. 
But basically, 2004 was pretty empty. Emotionless, and mostly uneventfull after some initial dramas that actually date back to late 2003, not to mention a major hard drive crash in September 2004. But in the second half of the year, I'd say it was mostly a time for me to restart my 'engine' and prepare myself for what's set to come. 
Oh, and at the moment I'm stuck behind a 56k connection for anyone who's wondering where the multiband professor is these days. I hope to be back, better than ever, and after a much-needed holiday in March.
EDIT: Oh, and I can't forget to mention that the highlight of my music engineering 'career' in 2004 was definitely the release of troupe's EP "crepuscular".
