First, I was thinking it would be nice to have a quick login setup on all pages 
My main suggestion was that maybe each week only the as many songs as the number of reviews the previous week could be added (obviously wouldn't apply to songs with "don't review" checked). So say there was 50 reviews done some week, the next week only the first 50 people who would try to add a song could have it added... Obviously much tweaking would be needed and I'm bringing up an old topic

lol joking. First of all, it's good to bring up the issue every once in a while, so gg xa!
But I don't like the idea.. I imagine that whenever I finish a track, I have to pray for my lucky gods to be able to upload it this week, and just in case, I'll wait till Sunday 00:01 (sunday is the first day of the week, u christians!!) so I'll be in the list! Nope, too much bullshit. New users would never buy into that.
Maybe if you say that you can upload as much as you review.. So if I reviewd 10 songs, I can have up to 10 songs listed here.. But that would drive off new users too, and I know it drove me off some other music communities. Or let's say u can have 3 songs hosted no matter what, and then u have to review 1 or 2 songs to add another one. Again, this is a bad solution imo but it is a solution
Who cares. I say - want ur song reviewd? Review other songs and hope someone will return the favor.

The quick login is possible on all pages in 2 ways. Either you go undrer "MUSIC > Login/signup" or you can also click on the button below radio playlist "Login/signup". 
The idea about limiting songs based on number of reviews could drasticly reduce amount of songs added to the site and it would not neccessarly help reducing the number of non reviewed ones since people are not obligated to review only non reviewed songs but they can also just reivew a song which allready has reviews.
So i think this would only bring frustrations to those members who suddenly would not be able to add new songs and also it would slow down the grewth of the site generaly.
