I've been without an internet connection on my own computer for two and a half months now, and it's gonna be another three weeks at least. I also didn't have a computer at all for two months as part of that, and I was cursing all the time. I'm also still cursing that I don't have my own connection. First not enough money, and now the hardware I need isn't in stock. 
Anyway, at present I probaby spend 4-8 hours in the Atlantean Records mastering house, but on some days 8-12. No eye problems at all after around 10 years of often being around computers.

Allthough, sometimes I really want to get away from the computer, because I've become, more or less, an addict to my computer, both for music and the fabulous game World of Warcraft (omg, btw)
I'm sorry for your loss of an own connection though, Atlantis
Anyone else playing WoW? 
WOW ! way play wow when u have Final Fantasy XI  verything is much better on FFXI
